Wonably provides an AI-powered freelance proposal generation platform. We allow users to store their business credentials and generate customized project proposals. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Wonably cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
All billing, subscriptions, and payouts are processed securely. By upgrading to a paid tier (Pro or Agency), you agree to our payment terms and recurring billing schedules. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
You agree not to exploit our API limits or use automated scrapers to generate mass spam. Proposals generated by Wonably are templates meant to assist your business writing. You retain full ownership and responsibility for the final proposals you send to your clients.
Wonably is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the generated proposals will win contracts or result in business revenue. In no event shall Wonably be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, including attempting to exploit our rate limits or database structure.
