Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account and using Wonably, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Description of Service

Wonably provides an AI-powered freelance proposal generation platform. We allow users to store their business credentials and generate customized project proposals. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

3. Account Registration & Safety

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Wonably cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By upgrading to a paid tier (Pro or Agency) you agree to these billing terms:

• Renewal. Paid plans renew automatically every month on the date of your purchase, at the price shown on the upgrade page, until you cancel. Each renewal charge is emailed to you as a receipt.
• Upgrading. When you move to a more expensive plan, the difference for the time remaining in your current month is charged immediately, and your plan changes at once. Your renewal date does not change.
• Switching down or cancelling. You keep your current plan until the end of the period you have already paid for. Nothing further is charged for the plan after that date, and any amount still owed for time already used is collected on the final invoice.
• Refunds. Charges are not refunded for part of a month, for unused time, or for a plan change. If you believe a charge is wrong, contact support@wonably.com and we will review it.
• Cancelling. Cancel at any time from the dashboard under Manage billing. You will be asked to confirm, and the date your plan ends is shown before you confirm.
• Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it and your plan may be paused until it succeeds. You can update your card at any time under Manage billing.

5. Fair Use & AI Output

You agree not to exploit our API limits or use automated scrapers to generate mass spam. Proposals generated by Wonably are templates meant to assist your business writing. You retain full ownership and responsibility for the final proposals you send to your clients.

6. Limitation of Liability

Wonably is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the generated proposals will win contracts or result in business revenue. In no event shall Wonably be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, including attempting to exploit our rate limits or database structure.
