We collect your email address when you create an account. We store the profile information you provide including your name, rates, payment terms, and writing examples. We store proposals you choose to save. We do not collect phone numbers or payment card details.
Your profile information is used solely to generate proposals on your behalf. When you generate a proposal, your profile and the client brief you provide are sent to an AI processing service to produce the proposal text. This data is used only for generation and is not stored by the AI provider beyond the duration of the request.
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption both in transit and at rest. We use Supabase for database storage which enforces row-level security ensuring your data is only accessible to you. Passwords are never stored in plain text.
All payment processing is handled securely. We never see, store, or have access to your credit card or debit card details. Payment gateways are PCI compliant and handle all payment security protocols.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties for marketing purposes.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Profile page in your account settings. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
